Job Responsibilities:Checking patients in, discharging patients, invoicingProvide customer service such as greeting customers, answering questions, processing incoming patients, and handling paymentsAnswer phone calls which may include answering questions, scheduling appointments and recording messages for doctors and staffHandle incoming and outgoing mail and emailUpdate and file patient chartsEnter data into computerize billing programRetrieve prescriptionsAssist with pet supply purchases such as food, supplements, and grooming itemsMaintain the cleanliness of waiting roomRetail salesSkills / Qualifications:
