Sr. IT Project Coordinator

This person will be a key resource supporting a variety of projects related to new hospital and research building construction projects. They will be essential in capturing and building out IT equipment requirements, managing all components of procurement, logistics, & delivery and ensuring the team has everything needed for technology implementations. They will assist with project artifacts and meeting notes. This Sr. Project Coordinator will be partnering with the IT Project Manager to gather IT requirements from the initial phase of the Project Managment Life Cycle through end of Design phase. They'll create and maintain detailed IT equipment requirements with key information like deployment locations, new or reuse of equipment, all components that make up a workstation, vendor/models, and more.

Required Skills & Experience •Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field •Minimum of 5 years managing complex IT infrastructure projects and equipment within these projects •Experienced managing equipment logistics, creating and owning equipment lists, procuring the correct equipment pieces, etc. •Understanding of waterfall and agile project management methodologies •Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint.
