Role & Responsibilities
Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of the organization.Ensure that company financial statements are in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role, including regulatory reporting.Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting.Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances.Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.Support month-end and year-end close process.Key Skills
Profound knowledge and experience in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Strong expertise in regulatory reporting and managing the financial reporting process.Experience in expense and cost reporting and a proven ability to manage budgets and financial plans.Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.Strong leadership skills and experience in a management role.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to strategize and solve problems.
