Collaborate with other Area Administration Business Specialist to define, research, and implement new or updated company initiativesIntroduce and train on new company initiatives to the organizationReview daily business processes to identify areas of improvement, develop an audit plan, report results and recommendationsTrain on processes to improve complianceWork closely with Corporate AuditorEnsure consistency in processes and procedures within the area first and within the company secondMonitor our Onboarding Program to ensure a positive and successful new hire experienceAssist Team Impact with coordinating employee activities, community outreach, and team building eventsBe available to travel up to 65% of the time when conditions permit, within the Area to Satellites and other areas as requiredAbility to work additional hours as requiredAdditional responsibilities as assigned by managerJOB REQUIREMENTS:

A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience/training in process improvements required OR an equivalent combination of education and experienceMust have strong analytical skills, mathematical reasoning, problem solver, people skills, quickly learn, polished public speakingMust have a valid driver's license and a good driving recordWhy DH Pace?
