The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and utilizing strong clerical skills in day-to-day operations.QualificationsAdministrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skillsStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilitiesProficiency in Clerical SkillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExperience with office software applicationsWell versed in utilizing Quickbooks and knowledge of general accounting principlesHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
