Pay Rate:BR per hour
As a packaging operator, you'll be responsible for the last step of our depth filter manufacturing process before the filters are ready for our customers in a variety of industries, including reverse osmosis pretreatment, beverage processing, and healthcare applications. You will work together with a team and rotate through tasks such as operating and troubleshooting equipment, moving goods, preparing for changeovers, and monitoring automated production.
Responsibilities:•Safety is key! Observe all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules, including Lock-out/Tag-out, Life-Saving Rules, housekeeping practices, etc.•Proactively communicate and address safety concerns•Participate in EHS meetings, investigations, and audits•Work and cooperate well on a team to ensure team objectives are met•Set-up, operate, and clean production equipment following prescribed manufacturing processes•Move raw materials and finished products to proper locations. Enter production data into database, forms, logs, and SAP accurately, clearly, and completely•When problems arise, perform basic troubleshooting to identify and correct root cause and minimize scrap•Monitor raw material and final product quality, including adjusting process parameters to assure product meets specifications•Frequently lift and bend when manipulating materials to produce product
