Registered Nurse
to join our Adult Day Health team. We are looking for a reliable person who is a self-starter and has a strong background in nursing. This is a fantastic role to continue your nursing career path and work within a setting that offers variety and rewarding challenges.
Responsibilities:
Review and update patient medical recordsProvide treatment to patients under the direction of a physicianAssist patients with obtaining prescribed medicationMeasure and record patient's temperatureTriage patients who are ill, injured, or who have behavioral issues and provide a safe environment for other patients who are experiencing less serious conditions.Document patient care activities in the patient's medical recordComplete administrative tasks that may include scheduling appointments, preparing reports, etc.Keeps updated and complete medical records, including those for each patientCompletes other tasks as assigned by supervisorEducation and Experience:
Graduate of an accredited RN programOne year experience working with medically complex individuals.Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
Current state RN LicenseCurrent driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving services.Current CPR/First Aid certification.Why Join Us?
