Safely and accurately perform the following machining processes
Maintain knowledge of digital read-outs (DRO)Machine nozzles and discs including polishing using the lathe in the shop and the fieldMachine broken studs on small bodies using the drill pressHone internal boresUse magnetic drill for stud removalUse drill press or pneumatic tools for disking seatsUse surface grinder for gate seat preparationPerform silver platingMachine flanges (raised-face, RTJ ring joint, Grayloc, lens-ring, etc.)Machine threads (ACME single lead, ACME double lead, metric, etc.)Machine seats and trimMachine pressure seal rings and mating surfaces of body and bonnetMachine gear operator segmentsMachine stem bushingsQualified for use of PMI AnalyzerSNT-TC-1A Level-II for PTMachine seats in high-performance metal-seated butterfly valves, i.e., Vanessa
Operate the following machines:milling machine, VTL, drill press, press fit, surface grinder, horizontal mill, broach, key seating machine, OD grinder, manual lathes, honing tools, band and cut-off saw, and Lap Master
