Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Help Desk Professional to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for internal users, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This position is located out of the corporate office in Cozad, Nebraska.

Responsibilities and Duties:Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.Respond to inquiries and service requests via phone, email, or in-person, delivering excellent customer service.Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions or escalating issues to the appropriate team.Document and track support requests, resolutions, and hardware /software inventory.Collaborate wit other I professional to implement system upgrades and improvements.Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance troubleshooting capabilities.Qualifications

Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Professional or similar role.Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast -paced environmentFamiliarity with help desk software and remote support tool.(Auto task experience a plus.)Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) is a plus.
