This position requires a blend of exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently and effectively. The Executive Assistant serves as a primary point of contact, both internally and externally, for the executive team, facilitating communication, managing schedules, and coordinating various activities.Responsibilities:Managing a diverse range of administrative tasks for the Executive Team including: managing a busy calendar of appointments; drafting confidential correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetingsCoordinating schedules to ensure calendars are followed and respectedActing as a "gatekeeper" to the Executive Team by creating win-win situations for direct access to the Executive Teams time and officesResearching, prioritizing, and following up on incoming issues and action items addressed to the Executive Team, including those of a sensitive or confidential natureAttending meetings and taking and distributing meeting minutesActing as a point of contact between the Executive Team and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staffInforming Executive Team of key upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up appropriatelyManaging a variety of special projects for the Executive TeamPrioritizes conflicting needs and handling matters expeditiously and proactivelyQualifications:Bachelor's degree required3+ years' experience working as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a Partner or C-level ExecutiveStrong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detailStrong interpersonal skillsExpert-level written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilityHighly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independentlyProven ability to handle confidential information with discretionDemonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentTechnically savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft OfficeBenefits:Paid time off (20 days) and 9 paid holidaysMedical, vision & dental insurance (100% of Base medical plan covered by the firm)Simple IRA with up to 3% company matchOpportunities for ongoing training and mentoring by our outstanding teamOpportunities to advance and grow within the firmOur core principles are:Excellence AlwaysOnly the BestFailure is Not an OptionWe Outwork Our OpponentsWe All Take Out the TrashRun the Firm Like a Business
