Duties include:

Superviseand evaluatethe competence of nursing personnel to ensure individual nursing care needs are met and professional standards are maintained.Provideassessment and ongoing reassessment of clients on admission and throughout treatment.Overseemedication administration process.Participatein development of Master Treatment Plan (MTP), implementMaster Treatment Plan (MTP) and documentthe results of specific interventions so that clients can accomplish their individual goals.Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Be licensed as an RN in the State of MN

Future Registered Nurses who are within six (6) months of graduating and taking their NCLEX-RN are encouraged to apply. Contingent job offers may be made upon successful completion of degree and passing of NCLEX-RN.

Preferred Qualifications

Patient care experience within a mental health or behavioral health setting.Experience working with children and adolescents in a treatment setting.Our employees are dedicated to ensuring cultural responsiveness.
