CNC Machinist

**Aerotek is hiring for a CNC Machinist**Pay: $23-$32/hr pending experienceBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, Paid Holidays, PTO**Description**The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Our ideal employee will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a dedication to producing high-quality work. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:+ CNC Mill and/or Lathe operation+ CNC machine set up+ Basic program editing+ First piece, in process, and final part quality inspection+ Communicating with other department members and leadership on machine or quality issues+ Basic machine preventative maintenance**Skill Requirements**+ Ability to set up and operate CNC machinery+ Experience with program editing or traditional programming beneficial+ Ability to read blueprints+ Collaborative mindset to work within a team**Additional Information**+ Schedule: Monday - Friday+ Pay: $23-$32/hr pending experience+ Benefits immediately provided upon hire+ Holidays, PTO, NYS Sick Leave+ Clean shop environment+ Room for growth and development within the department**About Aerotek:**We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
