As a vital member of our operations, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient handling of materials for our steel manufacturing processes.Responsibilities:Operate overhead cranes to move and position raw materials and finished productsInspect and maintain crane equipment for safe and efficient operationLoad and unload materials from trucks and railcarsFollow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environmentAssist with general warehouse duties as neededRequirements:Prior experience operating overhead cranes in a manufacturing or industrial settingValid crane operator certification or licenseAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy materialsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyGood communication and teamwork skillsAbout Us:Sugar Steel Corporation has been a leader in the steel industry for over 50 years, providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers.
