Who we need:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Account Executive that has an existing client base; you will be a part of a dynamic and productive team that focuses on providing the best customer service and product knowledgeBe a subject matter expert on all loan products offered by the CompanyMust have a current book of brokers for NON QM and DSCR loansPrincipal Duties Develop prospective accounts and manage all business opportunities within a defined sales territorySource new brokers on an ongoing basis and go through approval processMaintain sales contact and pipelineMaintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards and requirementsTrain their mortgage brokers
on the loan packaging and submission requirements so that their loans are efficiently processed after submissionBe a subject matter expert on the underwriting requirements of each loan product, handling all pre-submission questions from their mortgage brokersUnderstand the rate sheets and pricing for each loan product, handling pricing related questions from their mortgage brokersQualifications and Experience:
2+ years of experience in in the residential lending industry2+years of experience in a sales role in a Wholesale lending channelKnowledge of Agency, Non-Agency, Jumbo and Investor loan productsDemonstrated history of achieving monthly sales targetsAdditional Compensation:
