Together, our community strives to create and maintain working and learning environments that are inclusive, equitable and welcoming.The primary purpose of this position is to investigate all allegations reported to OPWDD and/or the Justice Center for persons diagnoses with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities or dual diagnosis associated with Mental Health.Assessing data ,identifying reports required to ascertain knowledge relevant to the investigative process and/or regulatory guidelines, agencies policies.Review and organize documents in preparation to conduct interviews, while ensuring a thorough investigation.Prepare comprehensive reports which summarize investigative findings, conclusions, and recommendations.Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all investigative activities, findings, and conclusions in accordance with regulatory guidelines and/or agency policies.Attend regulatory trainings or trainings designated to acquire new skills or enhance existing skills that are essential for performing task effectively related to investigations.Participate in cross-functional teams and/or initiative intended at enhancing investigative processes.Qualifications:Demonstrated strong commitment to safety.
