ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP and Quality Medical Management Services USA, LLC is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly Full Time Medical Receptionist Floater for our Long Island office locations.
These offices include: Franklin Square, Plainview, Levittown, Southampton, Riverhead, and Melville. Coverage can include offices in other regions, if necessary.

Job Duties
Scheduling patient appointmentsAssisting incoming patientsVerifying insurance coverageEntering patient demographics into the computerPulling and filing medical chartsAssisting the office manager and physicians as needed. Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our helpJob Requirements
Must be able to work in a fast paced environmentNextGen a plus.Must be able to work independently as well as part of a teamExperience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Saturdays: occasional
Note: Schedule will change depending on the needs of the office locations.

ENTA has a clinical alliance with The Mount Sinai Hospital for the treatment of diseases of the head and neck and esophageal cancer and a partnership with the American Cancer Society to educate and treat patients with smoking disorders and cancer. The Practice has also expanded its clinical capabilities to include advanced Immunodeficiency trials.
