Admit, transfer and discharge residents with documentation regarding care and service provided.Accurately chart in resident's EMR that reflects care administered.Wears proper PPE when necessary.Administer treatment and medications timely; orders and performs diagnostic tests timely.Assumes nursing administrative duties on weekends and holidays as scheduled.Effectively communicate to outgoing RN during shift change.Investigatives resident/family complaints and takes appropriate actions to bring it to resolution.Complies with state and Federal Regulations in all matters; participate in facility surveys as scheduled.Works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team; carries out Physician's orders.Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time.Hours/Shifts:
Our openings include full-time, part-time, and PRN for all shiftsRequirements:
Graduate of an approved Nursing program (RN) and licensed in MO2 years experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferredCurrent BLS/CPR certificationReliable transportation
