Bachelors Degree in: Registered Dietician or Licensed Dietetian. Master's degree is preferred.Food Handler's PermitAbility to follow instructions and work independently with little or no supervision.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks well.Basic Understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.Basic Computer skillsExperience working with a licensed dietician, preferred.Job Responsibilities
Complete nutrition assesments on all residents upon admission, readmission, annually, high risk and change of condition.Make appropriate recommendations to enhance nutritional status.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide optimal nutrtion care.
