TIG Welder - Full Time/Full Benefits

**Apply now for a call within 24 hours from Tanner as we move the hiring process along quickly!****Job Description**+ This candidate will be TIG welding during the manufacturing Ion Pumps that are made of stainless steel.+ The majority of the welds will be butt welds, but they could also be doing some piping.+ They have 20 different products that the candidate will learn to weld over time.+ In addition to their 20 standard products, they will learn to weld custom variations on the standard products using blueprints.+ They will be doing short-run welds (average 3-10 parts/order).+ Opportunity for growth from a Welder I to III.**Hard Skills**+ TIG welding on stainless steel+ Blueprint reading**Work Environment**+ Our client is a small company, roughly 40 employees total.+ Their production team is 25 people and the welding team consists of 6, so culture is very important and they are looking for a team player!+ They just moved into a new building and are growing!!**About Aerotek:**We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
