The Senior Manager/Associate Director, Business Development Operations & Strategy plays a critical role in shaping and driving our strategic business development initiatives. This individual will have primary responsibility for owning all inbound and BD generated RFPs. They will also leverage their strategic and analytical mindset to not only incubate new program concepts, but also to refine BD targeting, and operationalize related strategic initiatives to accelerate the growth of Click’s software-enhanced drug partnering efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategy consulting or high-impact strategic role within the healthcare industry, coupled with a strong operational skill set and a passion for leveraging digital health solutions to improve patient outcomes.
This position can be based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities or at our industrious office in Boston, MA. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 3 days in office each week.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage RFPs, ensuring a smooth and strategic process from inception to completion.
Create therapeutic area/indication level clinical and commercial dossiers for Click's DTx, including completing literature reviews, conducting secondary and primary research with providers and payer, and financial modeling asset potential.
Support business development team and Click in launch of software-enhanced drugs business by developing deep subject matter expertise and further validation of innovative clinical-regulatory strategies.
Develop frameworks for assessing and prioritizing indication areas of focus.
Conduct analyses on drug candidacy for software enhancement.
Provide strategic direction and execute project management within a matrix BD innovation unit.
Track market events in key therapeutic areas and monitor digital landscape, and keep the team updated with such market insights on a regular basis.
Develop deep disease and market knowledge in key therapeutic areas, acting as a go-to resource for the business team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD) preferred.
6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, or a similar strategy or analytical role within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
Demonstrated expertise in market research and analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is between: $130,000 - $180,000. The final base salary will be dependent upon skills, experience and location. In addition to the base salary, Click Therapeutics offers an annual performance-based cash bonus and a generous equity package.
