As a member of the Government Programs Risk Adjustment team, our Program Director’s goal is to ensure the best performance for Cambia’s ACA line of business through accurate risk scores. This role is the primary champion of ACA risk adjustment outcomes and activities across Cambia and with the Risk Adjustment team – all in service of creating an economically sustainable health care system.

Qualifications:
Program Director, ACA Risk Adjustment would have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field and 10 years of experience in Healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience. List any required licenses or certifications here.
Skills and Attributes:
Deep subject matter expertise in risk adjustment, with emphasis on ACA.
5+ years experience in risk adjustment leadership, ideally in the ACA line of business.
Constant drive to improve results for our members and a proactive bias toward action and rapid problem-solving.
Strong ability to collaborate across multiple areas and champion transparency across the organization.
Ability to present and communicate with a broad array of internal and external customers, partners and stakeholders including leadership at all levels.
What You Will Do at Cambia:
Accountable for development, implementation and execution of Affordable Care Act (ACA) risk adjustment programs and overall, end-to-end ACA risk adjustment outcomes.
Responsible for ACA risk adjustment opportunity analyses, KPI development, reporting and management.
Responsible for working cross-functionally within and without Risk Adjustment to ensure effective and appropriate outcomes for ACA risk adjustment.
Demonstrate effectiveness in working with third-party service providers, building collaborative working relationships and teams, leading within a matrix structure, and have an executive presence.
The expected hiring range for a Risk Adjustment Program Director - ACA is $119,900.00 - $162,200.00 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $112,000.00 to $184,000.00.
