Senior Analyst, CSG Strategy and AnalyticsLocation: San Francisco, CAJob Duties:Deliver recommendations and insights that support senior partners (VPs and SVPs) in managing their critical metrics including customer health, retention, and Operational Excellence.Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the business based on data points to influence and set market/account strategy.Provide detailed analytic models, performance analyses, scalable reports, and curated data sets for both current projects and future ones for Customer Success.Understand the underlying data architecture supporting a Customer Success organization and how to use it to report on business performance.Identify and optimize the true drivers of financial performance, efficiency, customer engagement, and other metrics.Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior partners to engage with their leaders or counterparts.Use strong analytical and critical thinking skills, familiarity with large data sets, and fluency with data manipulation tools and BI reporting tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or any occupation in a related field.Special Skill Requirements:
(1) SQL; (2) Tableau; (3) Microsoft Excel; (4) Business Intelligence; (5) Data Analytics; (6) Stakeholder Management; (7) Quantitative Analysis; (8) Logical Reasoning; (9) Machine learning. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.Salary:
