About You
You will be responsible for orchestrating and delivering an impactful, cohesive digital strategy that spans social media and web platforms, ensuring the brand’s voice resonates authentically across all virtual touchpoints. You will work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to craft innovative strategies that elevate the brand’s presence and deepen client engagement. You will manage social media and web execution, driving brand loyalty and meaningful client experiences.
What You Will Do
Lead the development and execution of cohesive social media and digital strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience.
Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and any new or relevant platforms), ensuring consistency with brand identity.
Review website metrics and determine adjustments for better user journey, storytelling and brand alignment.
Ensure seamless integration between social media campaigns and the brand's website, especially during product launches and marketing events.
Collaborate with the in-house photographer and Marketing/Creative teams to create on-brand social media content.
Manage the brand’s global social media strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone across platforms, while also integrating campaigns with website updates.
Strategically align with brand ambassadors and key organizations as it makes sense to drive maximum and brand-right impact, engagement and visibility on social media while also coordinating content for the website.
Craft compelling social media copy, edit content as needed, and manage the publishing schedule across platforms.
Develop social and digital ad campaigns in partnership with marketing team to amplify campaigns and increase brand awareness.
Monitor and report on the performance of all social and digital campaigns, assessing results against set KPIs and ROI goals.
Continually evaluate website performance and make recommendations to enhance presence.
Identify key trends and insights to optimize social media and digital efforts.
Brainstorm and implement new, creative strategies for growth through social media.
Develop a strategy for integrating new social platforms and digital tools into Lugano’s digital presence.
Create and execute the Company’s content strategy and calendar for social media
Publish all social content across platforms.
Execute website changes or partner with agency to implement.
What You Bring
You have proven experience managing social media marketing strategies, preferably in luxury products such as retail or jewelry.
You have strong expertise in content creation, editing (photo, video, text), and copywriting for social media platforms.
You are proficient in social networking tools, analytics platforms, and digital marketing technologies.
You have a strong understanding of brand positioning and ability to adapt strategies to specific markets/demographics.
You have excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
You may have video editing skills.
You demonstrate social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools.
You stay current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
You understand how to adapt to a specific market/demographic to communicate digitally best.
You portray a positive attitude, detail and client-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Pay Transparency
Targeted total compensation is $120,000. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
