Marketing & Communications - Communications Job Summary: Reporting to the Vice President, Creative Services, the Director, Creative Enablement, is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-impact events and video production projects. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and align with organizational goals. The Director, Creative Enablement will provide leadership on content creation, storytelling, and project management while fostering collaboration among internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a blend of expertise in event production, video management, communications, and project leadership.

What you can expect: Collaborate with the creative services team to develop engaging concepts aligned with organizational messaging while leading planning and production of creative content. Develop comprehensive project plans for creative projects, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between departments to deliver on project goals while being the primary point of contact for project updates, communicating progress and resolving issues with stakeholders. Allocate resources and manage production schedules to ensure that multiple video projects are completed concurrently without compromising quality. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while meeting branding standards. Deliver events with high-quality attendee experiences that align with the company's vision and strategy. Provide leadership on-site or during events, coordinating all elements of production to ensure seamless execution. Conduct post-project evaluations to measure success in partnership with the Analytics team, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for future projects. Prepare detailed reports on event and video project outcomes, including ROI, engagement metrics, and budget reconciliation. Present engagement findings to senior leadership, highlighting key successes and opportunities for growth.

What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, film production, event management, content creation, or a related field. 7 years of experience in event management, video production, video producer/associate producer, or project management. Proven track record of managing large-scale events and video production projects. Strong project management skills with experience in budget management, timeline creation, and cross-functional team leadership. Ability to influence others within and outside of the team to achieve desired outcomes. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. Strong understanding of video content creation and event production best practices. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for event and video production schedules.
