The Senior Director of Channel Strategy and Operations will drive the overall strategic direction and operational performance of Adobe's global channel ecosystem. Leading a high performing team of leaders encompassing: Channel Strategy, Operations and Programs-this leader will ensure that Adobe's channel initiatives are aligned with the company's growth objectives and partner success.What you'll do
Strategic Leadership:Overall responsibility to define and own the strategic vision of our ecosystem, ensuring it aligns with broader goals of the company and global business initiatives.Collaborate with your peer RTM Strategy & Operations leaders to ensure a unified approach to strategies that drive partner success.Lead all aspects of the high-level development of channel strategies that address evolving market dynamics and competitive pressures, ensuring Adobe's continued leadership in partner engagement and performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration and Influence:Act as a key liaison between the channel organization and other RTM functions, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to market execution.Work closely with Sales, Marketing, & PMM teams to ensure the channel's objectives are fully aligned with our go-to-market strategies.Advocate for the necessary resources, tools, and organizational support needed to achieve high-level strategies and operational improvements.Executive Leadership and Team Management:Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Directors responsible for channel strategy, operations, and programs.Empower your team to take ownership of their respective areas, while maintaining a strong focus on cross-functional alignment and teamwork.Champion a culture of leadership and critical thinking within the team, ensuring alignment with our broader business priorities.Performance Accountability:Set and monitor high-level performance metrics for the channel organization, ensuring that strategic objectives are met or exceeded.Drive ongoing evaluation of channel success through business reviews, performance analysis, and strategic adjustments as necessary.Lead the efforts to improve the financial performance and sustainability of our partner ecosystem, ensuring that all initiatives lead up to the long-term prosperity.What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of ten years of experience in channel strategy and operation role, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment.Demonstrated capability to lead extensive channel strategies and operational initiatives that generate tangible results.A proven track record in collaborating with RTM leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies.Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders across all levels of the organization.Experienced professional with a deep understanding of channel sales models, partner ecosystems, and market dynamics, with a strong ability to solve complex problems.Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading high-performing senior-level teams.An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is preferred.
