We are seeking a transformative and strategic leader for the role of Global Vice President of Marketing. This position is designed for a marketing professional who excels in crafting innovative strategies that drive significant growth. You will oversee our demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, fueling customer acquisition, pipeline expansion, and revenue growth while leading a high-caliber global marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and implement a comprehensive global demand generation strategy, incorporating ABM to target key accounts and enhance pipeline growth.
Collaborate with the growth marketing team to innovate and optimize integrated campaigns across various digital platforms, events, and content initiatives.
Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure strategic alignment on objectives, pipeline development, and lead conversion.
Develop a strategic vision to elevate the company’s brand presence and thought leadership in critical industry sectors.
Engage with Customer Experience teams to drive strategies that boost customer retention, satisfaction, and product adoption.
Strengthen customer relationships through advocacy initiatives, case studies, and testimonials, identifying avenues for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct ongoing market and competitive analyses to refine product marketing approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and revenue impact of marketing programs.
Lead and mentor a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Oversee external agencies and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Required Skills
Over 10 years of experience in B2B enterprise software marketing, with a focus on product marketing, growth marketing, ABM, and customer marketing.
Proven ability to align marketing strategies with sales and customer success teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing global marketing strategies that yield measurable business results.
Experience in managing and scaling high-performing teams across diverse regions.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, adept at presenting to executive teams and key stakeholders.
Expertise in Revenue Operations and Marketing Technology, including proficiency in tools like HubSpot and analytics software.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
