In this role you will collaborate with a group of strategists, brand managers, project managers, producers, as well as cross-functional and external partners to create and craft integrated campaigns for Apple TV and Apple Sports. With a focus on brand communications and culturally relevant ideas, the ACD Art Director will be a steward for Apple TV and Apple Sports creative developed by Marcom.Description:In this role you will lead creative efforts and campaigns for Apple TV and Apple Sports and any product or feature launches associated with the brand, such as the Apple TV, MLS Season Pass Season Launch. You will lead, guide, and art direct conceptual development and creative execution. You craft, review, and empower campaigns for the Apple TV and Apple Sports brand and products. You will present work to senior creative staff, product marketing managers, and Apple executives, and articulate concepts with energy and enthusiasm. You will collaborate with ACD/Copywriters to concept ideas and co-direct teams to produce quality work. Work across subject areas to integrated strategies and messaging for brand campaigns, digital performance campaigns, social, owned channels, and new mediums of communication. You will work with project managers and creative directors to ensure that schedules are accurate and realistic and that deadlines are met. As well as guide creatives to do their best work and to support each other's strengths.Minimum Qualifications:9+ years of creative advertising industry experience in digital media and social campaignsMust provide an Art Direction portfolio with work samplesPreferred Qualifications:Experience concepting, creative directing and producing major marketing, communication, or advertising campaignsHave made highly crafted work for integrated campaigns in mediums including film advertising, social media, conceptual campaigns, product launches, branding, photography, and designPassionate about exceptional art direction, design, and creative that is thoughtful, meaningful, provocative at times, and significantLive and breathe sports culture and bring that knowledge to the forefront of your thinkingHave a deep understanding of performance marketingDream of working in a creative and dynamic environment and embrace the opportunity to continuously enhance the Apple brandHave an incredible talent for developing elevated aesthetics, visually cohesive campaigns, and the ability to tell a powerful story through the workAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,100 and $255,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
