You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and branding efforts while building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of a brand that is making significant strides in a competitive industry. This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven strategist with a proven track record of scaling international ecommerce brands. The position can be based in either Auckland or Hamilton.

Lead & Inspire: Develop and execute a robust global marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and e-commerce revenue growth while building and expanding the team.Omni-Channel Mastery: Manage all digital marketing channels to ensure cohesive and impactful global campaigns.Ecommerce Expertise: Oversee the performance of global ecommerce sites, ensuring seamless user experiences, high conversion rates, and minimal cart abandonment.Creative Vision: Direct the brand's creative strategy, ensuring the value proposition is clear, addressing customer pain points, and engaging new audiences.Collaborate & Launch: Partner with the CEO to introduce exciting new products, refresh existing offerings, and enhance the brand's online presence.

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a visionary leader to amplify their marketing efforts, optimize global ecommerce operations, and elevate the brand to new heights.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCEYou are a strategic marketing leader with a passion for scaling ecommerce brands globally and driving results. With a blend of strategic insight and hands-on expertise, you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You are a creative thinker with skills in brand & creative strategy, digital marketing, and e-commerce growth, and you excel at inspiring and mentoring high-performing teams.Proven track record of scaling ecommerce brands in international markets.Expert-level understanding of the full digital marketing funnel and the right owned, earned, and paid media levers for customer acquisition and retention.Creative and brand-focused, with a talent for storytelling and design.Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to maximize conversions.A natural leader, able to mentor, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
