Microsoft Dynamics Sr Developer Locations: Edison. NJ, Daytona Beach, FL, Atlanta, GA, Nashville TN, Greensboro NC, Biose ID , Conshohocken, PA, Must be Onsite On the business side, we are looking for a strong Dynamics Architect or Senior Developer that can help us out on a project. He has to have great communication skills, deep knowledge of Dynamics, and some knowledge and understanding of solution delivery using the MSFT stack of technologies . Please let us know if you have anybody available. you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our business leaders and technology teams. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a Solution Architect, translating business processes into CRM and digital processes. You will be responsible for understanding and mapping business processes effectively to a CRM solution, administering, configuring, and maintaining our Dynamics CRM environment, and utilizing the Power Platform to build business process automation and tools. By leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, you will contribute to the successful implementation and optimization of CRM solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and Power Platform, with a deep understanding of its customization and configuration capabilities. They should possess a comprehensive knowledge of business processes, particularly in sales, marketing, and customer service domains. The ideal candidate should be skilled in utilizing the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to build efficient business process automation and reporting tools. They should have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling them to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as the ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders and present ideas effectively. A proactive and self-motivated approach, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, will contribute to success in this role. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives and translate them into CRM and digital processes. Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and data models, and design CRM solutions that align with organizational goals. Administer, configure, and customize the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform environment, including entities, forms, views, flows, workflows, dashboards, and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration and adoption of CRM solutions. Develop and maintain system documentation, including solution design documents, user manuals, and training materials. Utilize the Power Platform, including Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate, to build business process automation, custom applications, and reporting tools. Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure user adoption and satisfaction. Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements or modifications to optimize CRM functionality. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new features and capabilities. Deliver solutions in a highly iterative manner Coordinating team efforts, assigning tasks, and setting clear objectives to maximize productivity and achieve targets. Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect or similar role, with hands-on experience in administering and configuring Dynamics CRM. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customization, configuration, and integration capabilities. Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in sales, marketing, and customer service domains. Proficiency in using the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to develop business process automation and reporting solutions. Experience in the insurance industry and/or basic knowledge of insurance or financial services. Experience with Azure DevOps: building and maintaining CI/CD Pipelines, blue/green deployments, creating NuGet packages, etc. Experience with Azure SQL, App Services, API Management, PowerBI, Data Factory, Container technologies (Docker) or any other Microsoft Azure resources Familiarity with CRM best practices, data migration strategies, and system integration methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Relevant Microsoft and/or Power Platform certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect, Power Platform Developer, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Dynamics 365, etc) Prior experience in insurance and insurance technology is strongly preferred.
