The position is bonus eligible up to 30% annually based on individual and company performance.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsibility for P&L of Loomis International (LI) US & LATAM with locations in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Argentina and Chile.Experience with international networking, marketing, and freight forwardingFluency in both English and Spanish is requiredFocus on the development of all product lines of LI on forwarding, transportation, and storage in the regionIdentify new regional opportunities by developing new markets for existing clients and other LI stations, as well as by developing new clients in those newly developed markets.Strong focus on setting up and managing agent network for LI AmericasBusiness development includes optimizing service set-up with existing or new service providers.Contact partner for other LI countries for operational, security and pricing queries regarding destinations operated by agents of LI.Build up and maintain relationships with relevant suppliers (airlines, security, and forwarding agents).Performing security audits and implementing and monitoring agreed operational procedures with agents and other 3 rd
