Chief of Staff – CDTO (Chief Data and Technology Organization)

is global in scope and has additional accountability for helping manage the implementation of the CTO Technology Strategy.In this role, you will:Serve as a strategic member of the Technology Organization leadership team.Focus on assisting overall strategy delivery, financial planning, change management, program management, and talent development.Enable structures, metrics, governance, drive transformation, and build an environment of IT effectiveness and higher performance across the CTO in the following areas:Program Management (Planning & Operations): QBR and Dashboard reporting for CTO, Demand Management, Annual Business Planning, Scorecard Development, Project & Portfolio Management, CTO Expense Management.Manage detailed expense management across all teams.In close partnership with the DTS finance team, deliver annual/monthly forecast management process and manage the messaging, call to action, reductions.Keep scorecards of total spend, total spend optimization, cost reduction, run costs growth; ABP/Capex/Opex Management.Lead Change Management and Communications for CDTO.In partnership with DTS leadership and HR, develop the K-C Digital University, build & facilitate the execution of talent development plans.About UsHuggies.
