Stay for the culture.What You’ll Be Doing:Leading operational planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programsCoordinating with key stakeholders internally and externallyServing as a trusted advisor to clients and providing thought leadershipCreating and monitoring metrics for clinical, operational, and economic performancePlanning, prioritizing, and scheduling projects to meet timelinesActing as a liaison between Clinical Operations and Partner OperationsMonitoring performance metrics and driving initiatives to optimize performanceEnsuring compliance with service level agreementsCollaborating with Finance, Analytics, and Operations to manage key performance indicatorsCoordinating service delivery across a matrixed operational modelProviding technical guidance on problem definition and resolutionEstablishing client quality objectives and benchmarksIdentifying and resolving operational deficiencies for dedicated clientsAdhering to company policies, procedures, and standardsAddressing and resolving user issues and understanding user terminologyProviding customer support to both internal and external customersOffering guidance on conflict resolutionDeveloping and ensuring compliance with policies and proceduresPromoting professional growth and development through education and skills competencyThe Experience You’ll Need (Required):Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of related experienceFive (5) to Seven (7) years of healthcare experienceExperience in working directly with Health Plan customers is requiredDemonstrates strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.Ability to travel 25% for internal and external meetingsTechnical requirements:This role is a remote position. As such, we require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 MBPS and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router.Evolent is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $140,000-150,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with the experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
