This position is based out of our San Francisco Bay area office and will be expected to work in the office in a hybrid capacity - 3 days in the office (Emeryville). Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment.What You’ll Do:
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Development Representative who is relentless about spreading the word about our solution. You will help us conduct outreach to C-level executives and generate pipeline for our sales team. We’re currently going through key inflection points of revenue growth and scalability and offer you the opportunity to make an impact by joining an early sales organization. You will be measured on the qualified meetings accepted.The LILT ADR role holds an important position at the top of the funnel for the entire company. Our successful ADRs are the pipeline that feeds our sales organization.Key Responsibilities:
Taking ownership for building top-of-funnel sales opportunities for the sales team from a curated list of qualified business prospects through highly-targeted and personalized messaging.Strategizing with top-performing Account Executives to target specific prospect accounts to fill the pipeline and build account plans.Managing a high volume of highly-personalized activity, including emails, cold calls, and social outreach, with the ultimate goal to set meetings with qualified customers that turn into qualified opportunities.Utilize your value-based knowledge to create leads out of cold/warm outbound prospecting.Experimenting and iterating to create high-converting, personalized customer introductions to reach hard-to-reach prospects.Managing sales lead data in Outreach and Salesforce to provide visibility to optimize lead generation activities.Skills and Experience:
6-12 months of professional work experience, with demonstrated quota attainment in a similar role.A true passion for the solution we are building and a good working knowledge of the complexities of positioning services.Evidence of being able to sustain high levels of tailored (researched) outbound activity with multi-threaded email, cell phone call, and LN campaigns to achieve weekly meeting and monthly pipeline goals to executive and director level decision makers.Extremely strong writing skills and experience using this talent to persuade others.Accountability and consistency in hitting activity and quota metrics.(Bonus) Proficient in tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.io, or Salesloft.(Bonus) You're multilingual.You might be successful in this role if:
If you’ve worked in an outbound role at a high velocity sales motion, a cold-call focused SaaS company, or within a Recruitment Agency/Consultancy.Have significant outbounding experience, with an emphasis on high-volume calling and willingness to knock down barriers to sale.Our Story
