is hiring a Chief Strategy Officer at its South Portland location.The person will be responsible for strategy alignment, planning, and talent management to ensure the credit union remains adaptive, develops its workforce effectively, and maintains a culture that aligns with its overall goals and values.Requirements of the Chief Strategy Officer:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance5-10 years of Senior Leadership experienceExperience with business planning, corporate finance, and HR managementExperience leading project management teamsResponsibilities of the Chief Strategy Officer:Oversee the day-to-day operations for the following areas of the organization: Human Resources, Administration, Business Intelligence & Optimization, and Planning and Project ManagementAssess and align talent and operational capabilities with long-term strategic goalsDrive process improvement and innovation strategies that can influence organizational development by fostering a culture of creativity and changeDevelop and oversee balanced scorecard performance measurement structure and improve organizational performance, often through development programs and initiativesOversee the organization’s governance and committee structure to ensure adherence to organizational bylaws and execution of Board responsibilitiesOversee project planning and successful implementation of organizational projectsEncourage and provide mentoring and effective leadership as a cornerstone for maintaining effective work relationships and a high-performance management teamRecommend and implement strategies for enhanced business performance through cost reduction, capacity increase, or quality improvementTruChoice FCU
