We are headquartered in Santa Clara, California, but this position can be anywhere in theU.S.Job DescriptionOrdr is looking for a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation and Channel to support the execution of our demand generation and partner programs. To be successful in this role, you must have a can-do attitude, be detail-oriented, organized, and flexible. You will report to the Senior Director of Demand Generation with a dotted line to the Head of Partner Marketing.Responsibilities :Plan, execute, and monitor demand generation and end-to-end channel campaigns such as test drives, regional/partner events in Marketo and Salesforce. (This includes setting up landing pages on WordPress, building out Marketo/SFDC campaigns, event logistics, follow up, and reporting).
Work closely with the sales team and channel team to find, coordinate, and plan regional events to maximize our presence in the regions.
Excellent communication skills and proactive follow-up are important for success.
Proactively manage the partner newsletter creation and distribution on a monthly basis.
Build partner communications program for partner training and sales enablement.
Run partner webinars to drive enablement and brand awareness with our partner community.
Support the day-to-day operations of Ordr’s partner portal, to drive higher engagement with our partners.
Track program results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics via SFDC.
Requirements:5+ years in B2B demand generation, field marketing or channel marketing.
Well versed in B2B technology audiences, specifically IT, Networking, Security, and technical C-level roles.
Understanding the sales cycle and the reselling partner business model a plus.
Some travel (20%) required.
Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment where agility and pivoting are a regular part of the journey.
Confident in setting and committing to goals and KPI’s and driving to meet/exceed targets.
Experience using Marketo and Salesforce.com to drive campaigns and report results.
Experience using Impartner a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly self-motivated, accountable, proactive and thoughtful with high attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Salary Range:
$118,000 - $135,000.
