Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner with a passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to join a high-performing HR team. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role will be instrumental in driving impactful DEI initiatives and providing comprehensive HR support to key corporate departments such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and IT. The Director, Human Resources will act as a trusted advisor, supporting senior leadership with strategic and operational HR guidance to foster an inclusive and positive employee culture.Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of HR experience; experience in the investment industry is a plus.Proven expertise in diversity and inclusion strategies and programs.Strong experience advising senior leadership on HR matters and driving cultural transformation.Familiarity with Employee Resource Groups and experience in DEI-related programming.Strong understanding of employee engagement and experience best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.Salary:

$80,000 - $100,000 per yearShift:

Strategic HR Partnership:

Provide proactive HR support to senior leadership across Corporate Services (Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, IT), covering talent acquisition, management, total rewards, and employee relations.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):

Lead the organization's DEI strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Oversee Employee Resource Groups, develop DEI initiatives, and manage related communications.Employee Experience:

Create and implement HR programs that enhance employee experience, using data-driven insights to continuously improve employee engagement throughout the lifecycle.Performance Management:

Oversee the performance cycle, offering guidance on coaching, career development, and respectful management of employee exits.Change Management:

Lead change management efforts related to organizational restructuring, job redesign, and HR strategic initiatives.Talent Acquisition:

Support the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and attracting high-performing talent.Employee Engagement:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance engagement, using survey results to support business goals.Policy Development:

Create and update HR policies to meet business needs and ensure compliance with regulations.Collaboration & Conflict Resolution:

Work cross-functionally to support large-scale initiatives, manage employee relations issues, and ensure a positive work environment.Skills
