Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed sales & profitability goals established for account(s).
Manage the total sales, effective coordination of resources and support of the Bosch product portfolio to assigned account(s).
Maintain a favorable relationship with account base and internal associates while identifying opportunities to increase sales volume and profit margins.
Develop, coordinate and execute all account management activities including sales objectives, goal deployment, P&L accountability, strategies and promotional programs.
Assure that Bosch products are professionally represented.
Work with all Business Units, Category Management and Marketing departments to identify customer-specific opportunities for new product programs.
Analyze sales trends/performance against plan; provide product and sales forecasts as needed.
Manage participation in sales meetings, conventions and trade shows as necessary.
Support other Sales National Accounts (SNA) accounts as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred; will consider equivalent work experience in sales, marketing or purchasing.
Minimum 5 years experience in Account Management is required; Work experience with major Automotive customers is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills (both written and verbal), leadership, strategy development and problem resolution abilities.
Ability to travel 30-50%.
Must reside in the San Francisco Bay or Sacramento metro areas.
