Reporting organisationally to the Director, Brand & Marketing, the Designer Manager will be a key member of the FIFA26 Commercial Operations team, and work in close collaboration with the FIFA Zurich Project team and other key individuals responsible for delivering best-in-class design solutions for the FWC26. THE POSITION The main responsibilities and oversights of the Brand Design Supervisor for the FIFA World Cup 26 include: Design Creation:

Develop and produce visually appealing designs for a range of mediums including digital ads, social media graphics, print materials, out-of-home, presentations, product packaging and external client & partner support as needed. Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs adhere to FIFA World Cup 2026 brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all materials as requested by key stakeholders, marketing, brand, and leadership. Collaborative Projects:

Work closely with marketing, brand, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and project objectives and deliver in a timely manner. Concept Development:

Generate creative concepts and design solutions that meet project goals and enhance the user experience that meet the expectations and values of FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament and other tournaments as requested. Feedback and Revisions:

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions to designs as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Trend Awareness:

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are modern and relevant. Agility and Time:

Ability to work in a fast-paced industry, working with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining professional and collaborative communication, while delivering on creative assets within appropriate timelines. File Management:

Prepare and manage files for all use, ensuring they meet quality standards within the FIFA26 and FIFA headquarters teams. YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s degree or similar higher education. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in creating work of outstanding design standards, for brand, advertising and TTL campaigns. 2D and or 3D design is a plus, but not necessary. Strong client management skills and agency background advantageous. Digital savvy with experience in social & digital marketing strategies. Demonstrated excellent design skills – both conceptual and executional. Brand Development experience. Experience in entertainment, motion and sport advantageous. International or experience working in organizations with international offices/staff. Fluent in English, proficiency in Spanish is an asset. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere PRO, Adobe After Effects, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project, Teams) and planning software and online collaboration tools. Creative Assets – Aware of all current marketing software and asset formats from motion to statics.
