**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** 2+ years of experience in critical care
**License:** Registered Nurse (RN)
**Certifications:** NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
**Must-Have:**- Critical care experience- Ventilator management- Drip titration skills
**Job Description:**
- Work in an ICU/CCU setting with 12 ICU beds and 8 CCU beds.- Maintain patient ratios of ICU: 2:1 and CCU: 4:1.- Utilize equipment including ventilators, NxStage CRRT, arterial lines, and central lines.- Use electronic medical records system, Cerner.- Provide care to ICU patients with conditions such as ESRD, COPD, respiratory failure, and post-cardiac arrest.- Potential requirement to float to other units as needed.- Participate in every third weekend rotations.- Adhere to the dress code wearing galaxy blue scrub tops with matching or black pants. Avoid wearing sweatshirts, Crocs, shoes with holes, and ensure jackets are scrub color or black without writing. No T-shirts allowed.- Work collaboratively in a team with attention to detail.
