Admits, treats and discharges patients. Monitors and assesses patients during pre- and post-operations. Provides pre and post-operative instructions and communicates effectively with patients.Provide compassionate care to all Spring patients. Conduct daily chart audits and MD chart review and preparation. Perform weekly cycle start/baseline assessments.Establish confidence, trust and a positive rapport with all of our patients. Case manage a large patient portfolio. Coordinate treatment plans and follow-up.Room patients, obtain vitals, perform phlebotomy, schedule appointments, maintain a clean clinic, and assist physicians during procedures (Saline sonograms, IUI, etc.).Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment to conduct sonography examinations. Perform clinical assessments and diagnostic gynecologic, obstetric, and infertility ultrasound.Minimum Requirements
