If you're passionate about making the world a safer place and want to be part of an award-winning company culture, we invite you to join us.The Global Head of Partner Marketing, Enablement and Programs will work closely with stakeholders in field & channel marketing, channel sales and the Check Point Rockets to develop and execute a cohesive go-to-market strategy across these organizations. A strategic mindset and collaborative approach are required to enable pipeline growth by activating programs between marketing, sales, and our partners. Strategic marketing initiatives, strong partner relationships, and integrated programs need to be well-supported and equipped to achieve the company’s business priorities and sales targets.Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Check Point CMO, this position will lead and manage a global team of program managers supporting the execution of strategic events and the development of programs, campaigns, and materials focused on supporting growth for channel partners, including VARs, distributors, GSIs, and MSSPs.Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with the global field and partner marketing organizations that align with the company’s overall customer acquisition, revenue, and market share objectives.Work closely with regional channel sales and field marketing teams to understand the unique needs of different markets and develop and implement scalable local territory programs.Develop, manage, and optimize the combined budgets between global field marketing, partner marketing, and MDF programs, with regular input from regional stakeholders to adjust and ensure efficient use of resources.Research and deliver analysis on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to influence the field and channel programs developed.Build and foster channel enablement content and programs to scale branding, awareness, and adoption of Check Point products and solutions, including its cybersecurity platforms, layering in the partner value proposition.Work with a prioritized list of ecosystem alliance partner marketing to develop joint go-to-market activities.Collaborate with operations to track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring marketing efforts yield proper ROI and contribute to sales pipeline growth.Qualifications

BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.10+ years in business strategy development for go-to-market organizations, including sales, marketing, and partner experience.Strong experience working with different channel partners globally, with deep knowledge of crafting programs and enablement. Experience with technology alliance partners is a plus.Understanding of different routes to market with partners, including campaign portals, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.Excellent analytical skills, with experience building market analysis and budgets.Proven ability to collaborate with executive and director-level leaders, developing trusted relationships and strengthening engagements.Preference for working in the Redwood City offices, with a requirement of 3+ days of in-office work.Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
