You will create the vision, stand up, and drive to action holistic marketing measurement to drive best-in-class optimization through insights. You will also drive best practices and processes across the Consumer Experience team including strategic brand foundation.As a strong collaborator, you will influence all categories and brands teams across the division as well as senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing performance, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership capabilities to manage and develop a high-performance team. This role reports to the VP Insights & Analytics, will be part of the Insights & Analytics lead team, and have one direct report.What you will do...Envision, stand up, and fully integrate Marketing Performance Optimization.Holistic measurement and optimization framework including real-time marketing mix, and predictive analytics across the division $100MM+ spend.Leverage a deep mastery of media to fully integrate into business planning cycles and partner with external agencies (creative partners, and research partners).Build capability as the Insights & Analytics functional expert in Marketing Performance and Optimization.Build and integrate best practices by developing a strong partnership between integrated marketing and Insights & Analytics team.Develop and drive media and creative Insights best practices and processes across the division.Create scale and synergy by harmonizing shared capabilities and resources (e.g. social listening).Develop capability and institutionalize real-time insights and trend tools with integration to innovation and comms.Drive best practices and processes across Consumer Experience group (This is a new group for us, will be highly impactful part of role).Play a leadership role in creating our new Consumer experience group, including marketing excellence across the division.Create the future of Insights & Analytics at Campbell’s through an experience-based point of view on best practices across activation, agency interaction, innovation, and brand fundamentals.Advise Head of Insights & Analytics and CMO on latest thinking and approaches to unlock growth across categories and brands.What you will bring to the table...Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in consumer insights, market intelligence, data analysis, or a related field within the CPG industry, with a proven track record of leadership and impact.Expertise in custom insight research methodologies with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and ability to tell stories through data and insights.Demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive business growth.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement.Experience in behavioral science or cognitive psychology is a plus.Compensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $166,100-$238,700. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
