The Good Eating Company is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Area Operations Manager to support our Corporate Services business in Washington DC and Reston Virginia.
The position requires a strategic-thinking leader who can work in partnership with our client’s vision & expectations while delivering high-quality dining service programs that will achieve high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence with the ability to work within complex, multiple client organizations. Strong relationship skills are a must to effectively work internally as well as externally to the organization.
We are looking for candidates who:
Possess exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relations skills with the ability to work both horizontally & vertically in the organization.
Have strong financial acumen with demonstrated success handling complex financial contracts with many aspirational requirements.
Exhibit highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively address operational and client needs.
Have a proven ability to develop and motivate a team across multiple sites in a complex environment.
Have a cultured culinary palate.

We had the dream of bringing restaurant-quality food to onsite dining – at a time when uninspiring sandwiches and soggy salads were typically on offer. We're passionate about delectable, fresh food.
