Physician - Hematology/OncologyBenefis Health System is a state-of-the-art health system in a beautiful Montana community offering comprehensive health care to a large tertiary region. Our main Benefis Sletten Cancer Institute provides a truly progressive approach to preventing and diagnosing cancer and has been ACOS and NAPBC certified for almost 50 years. Our physicians and teams are invested in providing a proactive and caring approach to cancer care with robust resources and support at every turn. This is a wonderful opportunity to join our incredible care team as an oncologist.Benefis Sletten Cancer Institute includes:Physician focused cancer care with multidisciplinary teams including: 3 medical oncologists, 2 radiation oncologists, 3 oncology support APPs, a dosimetrist, a physicist, therapists, nursing, 2 clinical supervisors, nurse navigators, social workers, genetic counseling, clinical research, cancer registry, financial advocacy and prior authorization teams54,000 square foot cancer treatment facility just finished a brand new remodel, complete with an indoor healing atrium, a lazy river and soothing waterfall, massive fireplace, meditation room and a brand-new teaching kitchen.Onsite lab, pharmacy, PET CT, CT and x-rayDedicated housing facility for our patients and their caregivers to stay at no cost - some patients drive 5-7 hours to receive care at our facility due to our reputationThe Great Falls Oncology Clinic includes:4,000 square feet infusion center with 36 chemo chairs and semi-private and private infusion rooms to assure the highest patient experience possibleOnsite infusion supervising nurse, oncology certified pharmacy, clinical research and clinical trial departments, and great support staffWell-attended multidisciplinary tumor board, meeting twice a weekProcedure rooms capable of performing bone marrow proceduresMain hospital can be accessed from the cancer center through an indoor tunnel connection for easy access to consults, rounding or inpatient transfersOpportunity for telehealth visits, outreach and cancer events in the communityFriendly, appreciative patient population serving a catchment population of 275,000 in Northcentral MontanaWhy we stand outStand alone, financially stable, not-for-profit health systemRegional tertiary center with robust specialty support including neurosurgery, pulmonology, neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology, advanced gastroenterology, cardiothoracic, and more!Patient focused, quality community and regional medical careCompensation & Benefits
This opportunity is an employed position with Benefis Medical Group. We offer a nationally competitive compensation structure with guaranteed salary, productivity bonuses and incentive compensation structures! Our current physicians perform very well but still have a great schedule supporting work life balance to ensure they have time to do the things they love outside of medicine. Our comprehensive benefits include 8 weeks paid vacation, 5-7% retirement plan match, $6k annual CME, relocation assistance, and malpractice, including tail coverage. We are also very well versed in J1 waiver sponsorships and happy to discuss our process for proactive permanent residence.Community Information:
