We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Business Development Representatives (BDR) to lead our BDR team and drive revenue growth.Position Summary:The Director of BDR will be responsible for building, managing, and mentoring a high-performing team of BDRs. You will develop and implement strategic outbound prospecting initiatives to generate qualified leads and accelerate sales pipeline growth. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales development, a deep understanding of the MedTech industry, and a passion for coaching and developing talent.Key Responsibilities:Lead and Manage BDR Team:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of BDRs, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Develop and Execute Outbound Strategies:
Design and implement effective outbound prospecting strategies, including email campaigns, cold calling, social selling, and other lead generation tactics.Set and Achieve Targets:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the BDR team, ensuring consistent achievement of lead generation and pipeline goals.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing:
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and lead qualification criteria.Optimize Sales Development Process:
Continuously refine and improve the BDR process, leveraging data and insights to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.Provide Coaching and Mentorship:
Coach and mentor BDRs on prospecting techniques, sales skills, and product knowledge, empowering them to succeed in their roles.Qualifications:Proven Leadership Experience:
5+ years of experience in sales development leadership, with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.MedTech Industry Expertise:
Deep understanding of the MedTech industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Strong Sales Development Skills:
Proven track record of success in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development.Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Data-Driven and Analytical:
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize performance.Passion for Coaching and Development:
