They will look to expand and execute upon our university relations and community relations strategy. The incumbent will work closely with our Business Resource Groups and increase our ROI on events/hire. Additionally, they will execute against best practices for recruiting our early career roles using diverse resources. The incumbent will work closely with our internal Talent Acquisition Teams to provide strategies to deliver a more diverse candidate slate. Review and adjust recruiting collateral to reflect the company focus on diversity and be a strong diversity ambassador for Webster Bank.Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive diversity recruiting strategies and outreach programs.Build relationships with external organizations, educational institutions, and community groups to improve outreach.Lead and participate in diversity-focused career fairs, networking events, and classroom presentations.Understand trends and best practices related to diversity recruiting and outreach.Minimum Requirements:High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.Experienced full cycle TA Partner with a focus on diversity recruiting both internally and externally.Experienced in Campus Recruiting and partnering with student organizations.Proven track record of developing and executing successful diversity strategies.Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and best practices.Relationship builder and influencer.Prior experience with presentations, training, and recruitment workshops.A mission for community service and tying that to talent acquisition.Strategic thinking and an aptitude to execute plans.Success in creating KPIs and metrics.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.The estimated salary range for this position is

$120,000USD to $140,000USD . Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
