Senior Tax Manager

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join Beacon Pointe Advisors in our Newport Beach, CA office as a Senior Tax Manager. This individual will work with Wealth Advisors nationwide and will be dedicated to supporting advisors with complex tax planning strategies for high net worth individuals including small business owners and their families. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing tax planning education, completing tax strategy analysis, and implementing tax planning campaigns for the firm.ResponsibilitiesCreate and provide tax planning trainingAnswer advisor and client tax questionsManage and help build tax planning softwareBe a resource for advisors and prospectsReview and monitor our tax deliverablesCreate and monitor tax planning compliance requirements.QualificationsCertified Public AccountantFour-year college degree (Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Economics is preferred)Professional Financial Designation (CFP or CFA designations preferred)At least five years of industry experienceExperience with qualified plans preferredStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and complete in a timely mannerAbility to work with a team, yet be a self-starterProficient in Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookKey attributes of the successful candidate include excellent communication (written and verbal), organization and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
