As a Commercial Banker within the Middle Market Banking team, your role is to be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships; Bankers work both independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients. As a Banker, you are responsible for growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Middle Market and Specialized Industries target space.
Our Bankers are required to have deep working knowledge of our solutions including, but not limited to: Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Syndicated Finance, Commercial Card and Chase Paymentech Solutions. Our strongest Bankers have a methodical approach to the market activity and prospecting. We deliver locally and therefore our ideal candidate has deep local connections and market knowledge.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills5+ years of experience in direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationshipsUnderstanding of Commercial Banking products and servicesAbility to collaborate with internal partners and resourcesDemonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goalsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partnersFINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsBachelor's degree and formal credit training preferredSales management, business development skills, proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationshipsStrong creative solution, problem solving abilities, flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitaskExcellent business judgment, strategic thinking, self-directed, proactive and creative
