Your Career We’re looking for a senior executive and internal communications manager to support the Product organization on strategic projects. In this role, you’ll work on executive communications for SVPs of Products and internal communications for a US-based R&D organization, including creating internal and external communications strategies and narratives for a variety of mediums, to support an organization that is constantly innovating. You are passionate about technology and innovation and the people behind them. You enjoy turning complex and technical products & features into compelling (and understandable!) stories, and you’re able to pivot quickly from audience to audience. As part of the Global Communications team, you’ll be a key point of contact across organizations, ensuring the right narratives are told across multiple channels. Your Impact Establish and execute executive and internal communications plans and narratives that engage multiple audiences (employees, customers and beyond), and connect them to the company strategy and product vision Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders Plan, edit, and develop content for a variety of channels and audiences - from large internal events, the Intranet and Slack to externally-facing blogs, customer presentations, and keynotes Ensure messages are consistent across all media and departments of the organization Establish ongoing metrics - measure everything to ensure success, and pivot early and often Your Experience 8+ years communications experience, in cybersecurity preferred - internal and executive communications background is essential Highly organized and self-motivated individual who will oversee timely, first-rate execution Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey business strategies and complex technologies to audiences in compelling ways Strong team player and creative thinker Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders Ability to work under pressure to adhere to tight, last-minute deadlines Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity The Team Our Marketing team has an opportunity like no other industry: high impact work and the chance to change the future of digital security, globally. Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $148000 - $241000/YR.
