You will connect with various parts of the business and put your creative sourcing strategies and relationship management skills to work. You will support the hiring needs of a variety of PTC businesses in finding technical talent. We ask that you have a record of accomplishment of experience in a high growth tech company with a focus on diversity, and can partner, execute, and own TA topics through influence and collaboration.Responsibilities:Handle and own full life cycle recruiting processManage relationships internally to drive strategy, anticipate talent needs and own TA projectsIdentify, attract, and close the best talent that aligns with hiring plansPartner closely with hiring managers across a variety of roles/technical domains on their recruiting efforts.Act as an advisor to hiring managers: understand hiring needs and local market trends to manage expectationsUnderstand technical assessment tools and inclusive interview practices to facilitate skills-based interviewing panelsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruiting metrics.Connect with hiring managers to understand diversity gaps, support the creation of measurable action plans, and tailor diversity pipelining strategiesEnsure great candidate experience while building and developing talent pipelines for key rolesPassion around employer branding: representation at tech and meet-up eventsParticipate in various TA projects and stay up-to-date in best-in-class TA processesSkills and Knowledge:Influencing skills and ability to drive resultsIdeally 4+ years of experience in high-tech or SaaS industryAbility to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationExperience:8 years minimum of talent acquisition experience with at least 4 years in technical recruiting.Experience closing all levels of candidates including senior levelExperience negotiating compensation packagesExperience working with key stakeholders and cross functional teamsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experienceIdeally 4+ years of experience in high-tech, or SaaS industry and recruitment of tech talentAt PTC, we believe in the power of diverse ideas and perspectives.
